Windsor police are looking for help identifying a suspect after his wallet was taken from a vehicle in east Windsor.
Officers went to the 3100 block of Meadowbrook Lane for a theft and fraud report around 8:30 p.m. on Oct.22. The victim told police his car was broken earlier that morning and many of the contents, including his wallet, were missing.
Police say he also learned that his credit card was used without his authorization and the suspect was captured on video surveillance using the card.
