Windsor police are asking for public help to identify a suspect wanted in connection with three separate grocery store thefts.
Investigators say in all of the incidents the suspect allegedly exits the grocery stores with a quantity of goods without making any attempts to pay.
He is then reportedly approached by security after leaving the store in attempt to arrest him for theft, but he allegedly leaves the cart of stolen groceries and flees.
