Windsor police are looking for two women wanted for allegedly assaulting a 56-year-old woman on Sunday.

Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Newbury Street at about 9:45 p.m.

Police say they found the 56-year-old victim standing on the sidewalk, bleeding from her face. EMS was on scene and transported her to the hospital.

The victim had a laceration to her left eyeball and several cuts to her face. Her injuries are considered to be non-life threatening.

Police say the victim was involved in a physical altercation inside a residence with a 40-year-old woman. The victim fled the residence and was allegedly assaulted by a 37-year-old woman outside the residence.

Both suspects are known to the victim. The suspects fled the area before police arrived. They are currently wanted by police in relation to the assault. Arrest warrants are being processed.
