Chatham-Kent OPP say a 49-year-old man has been charged after driving erratically and exposing his genitals to another driver on Highway 401.
The incident took place on Friday just after 1:00 p.m. Officers received the complaint about the male driver of a Dodge pickup on Highway 401 eastbound, near Merlin Road.
Police stopped the pickup and spoke with the driver.
Paul Fournier, 49, from Tiny Township, Ont., was charged with an indecent act in a public place.
He will appear in a Chatham court on Feb. 25.
