Zehrs and Real Canadian Superstore workers are scheduled to vote on a new tentative deal on Thursday.
Members with UFCW Locals 175 and 633 are scheduled to vote at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
It includes 1600 employees from various store locations in Windsor, Leamington, Kingsville, Chatham and Sarnia.
A majority of them rejected a six-year tentative deal last month and walked off the job on July 2.
Picketing is expected to continue at all locations until ratification.
