One person was hurt after a fire started in a boat on a driveway on Central Avenue.
Fire officials say the boat owner was taken to hospital with burns to his hands and face. He was treated and released.
The blaze started on the boat and then spread to two nearby houses in the 1300 block of Central Avenue.
Damage is estimated at $80,000 to the house at 1366 Central Ave, $80,000 to 1372 Central Ave and $10,000 to the boat.
Fire officials say the man was draining gas from the boat when it ignited. They say it was accidental.
