No charges will be laid after a 12 year old Chatham boy was hit by a car earlier this month.
Around 5:30 p.m., December 6th, police were called to a collision on Grand Avenue West near Ursuline Avenue in Chatham.
The boy sustained serious injuries and was air lifted to a London hospital.
He continues to recover in hospital.
Police have completed their investigation and say no charges will be laid.
