Windsor police wants to remind victims of crime that they are not alone.
At news conference Monday afternoon, police Chief Al Frederick kicked off National Victims of Crime Awareness Week – this year’s theme is Taking Action.
The goal of the week is to raise awareness about the issues facing victims of crime and the services, available to help victims and their families.
