An Essex man has been charged for allegedly drinking and driving in Harrow.

According to OPP, officers stopped a motorcyclist, who was traveling at a high rate of speed, on Saturday around 3 p.m.

Provincial police says the male driver was not wearing a helmet and exhibited signs of impairment. The 26-year-old was arrested at the scene.

David Gray of Essex, is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content.

Gray will appear in a Windsor court on Aug. 12.
