Canadian Mineral Technologies Inc. has been issued two orders by the Ministry of Labour after a 39-year-old man Windsor man died last week.
Essex County OPP say Shane Knapp was pinned between a rail car and a tractor, while trying to move the rail car.
Police say it happened in a rail yard in the 400 block of Elmstead Road in Lakeshore around 2 p.m. on Feb. 27.
MOL inspectors went to the workplace and issued orders on March 4.
The orders include developing a safe work procedure related to the movement of rail cars, training workers on the safe work procedure and stop work orders until the first two orders are complied with.
