A man who had a tree fall on him during an August storm is improving in hospital.
On Wednesday, the 54-year-old man was downgraded from critical to serious condition at Windsor Regional Hospital.
On Aug. 26, Windsor police and EMS were called to the 400 block of Victoria Avenue, where they found a man lying face down on the sidewalk after a tree fell on him.
He was transported to hospital with critical injuries.
