The driver responsible for a fiery crash on Highway 3 has been banned from driving for one year.
Authorities were called out to a collision on Nov. 9, after a Jeep SUV rear-ended an eastbound farm wagon - hauled by a tractor.
Joseph Nohra, 58, pleaded guilty in provincial court on Nov. 30 to driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 milligrams .
Two other charges, including possession of cannabis, were withdrawn.
