A 37-year-old man, who is bound by a probation order not to communicate with females under the age of 16, allegedly followed and talked to two 13-year-old girls in Wallaceburg.
It happened in the area of Dufferin Avenue and Forhan Street. The females were concerned for their wellbeing and with the help of a citizen, contacted police.
Robert Whaley was located and arrested.
