There's already been a serious crash to start the long weekend in Belle River.
The OPP were called to a collision at the intersection of First Street and Notre Dame Street around noon Friday.
Police say a vehicle was turning onto Notre Dame when it hit a small group standing at the corner of the intersection.
Two children and an adult were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The area was closed for a time while police investigated.
The 21-year-old woman driving the car was not hurt. Police are still investigating.
