Rino Bortolin, owner of Rino's Kitchen and Ale House is expected to make the announcement on Tuesday at the restaurant..
He'll be running for the Ward Three seat that's currently held by Fulvio Valentinis who is not seeking re-election.
Bortolin says he's a small business advocate.
