Lewenza not ruling out Windsor mayoral run

Ken Lewenza Sr. says he’s not ruling out a possible mayoral run in Windsor this fall.

Lewenza tells CTV News he’s waiting to see which serious mayoral candidates will run and what platform they will offer.

Lewenza says the two people to watch during Windsor’s municipal election are Bill Marra and Drew Dilkens. As of Tuesday, only Ernie The Baconman has filed candidate papers.

“I’m definitely not saying no, I’m definitely not saying yes,” he says.

Lewenza wants to meet with both Marra and Dilkens to see what platforms they will be running on. If neither platform is in-line with Lewenza’s vision, he says he will seriously consider running.
