The death of a Leamington man pulled from the water in Erieau has been deemed not suspicious.
Chatham-Kent police says the 44-year-old man died at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance despite resuscitation efforts. A post-mortem was conducted and his death was not suspicious.
Emergency crews were called to the Lake Erie community on Aug. 24 after the man was pulled unresponsive from the water.
Investigators believe he suffered from a medical emergency.
