A Leamington driver is facing charges, after rolling his vehicle into a ditch and leaving the scene Wednesday night.
According to Essex OPP, officers were called to Concession 8, east of Highway 77 in Leamington, where a passing motorist noticed a vehicle upside down in a ditch.
Police say no one was in the flipped vehicle.
Through their investigation, officer attended the home of the driver. A 35-year-old is charged with leaving the scene of an accident
The driver was issued a summons and will appear in a Leamington court on Nov. 28.
