LaSalle man facing child pornography charges

A 37-year-old LaSalle man is facing child pornography charges after an online undercover police investigation.
Members of the OPP child sexual exploitation unit, technological crime unit, Essex County OPP and LaSalle police have arrested and charged the LaSalle man on Sept. 30 after executing a search warrant at a LaSalle residence.
As a result of this investigation, a computer was seized which police say contained images of child sexual abuse.
Michael Patrick Gosselin, 37, of LaSalle, is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography one count of make available child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.
The accused will appear for a bail hearing Monday in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.
