It’s being called the most popular and biggest job and career fair in Windsor-Essex.

The Windsor-Essex Job Day runs today at the WFCU Centre.

The event, organized by New Canadians' Centre of Excellence Inc. and community partners, is open to the general public.

Organizers say they are sold out of exhibitor booths and have reached capacity this year.

The multi-sector recruitment day covers every aspect of the job-search process-jobs, employment services, career development, education programs, continuing education, career training, self-employment and entrepreneurship services.

Organizers say attending is not just about finding employment, it's also about making you more employable.

Last year’s job day attracted over 1600 participants.

The event runs from 10 a.m. until 4:30pm at the WFCU Centre. Interested applicants are asked to bring a copy of your resume and dress for success.

The WFCU offers free parking and is located on a bus route.
