A Harrow man is facing traffic offences by Amherstburg police, after a motorcycle driver and passenger were injured in a collision with another vehicle.
The other vehicle, later described as a Saab, left the scene on Essex County Road 9 and Alama Street on Sept. 16.
Authorities say both the driver and passenger are still receiving treatment for injuries.
Jalen Schultz, 23, has been charged with failing to stop and two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
