Faculty at the University of Windsor won't be heading to the picket line just yet.
A strategy meeting was held Monday afternoon to formulate the next steps the Windsor University Faculty Association (WUFA) should take.
It comes after membership voted 80 per cent in favour of a strike.
WUFA says their goal now is not to strike, but to get university administration back to the bargaining table.
They hope calls to mediators can help that process along.
