A teen struck by an unmarked Windsor police cruiser on Thursday has been released from hospital.
It happened around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Tecumseh Rd. East and Poisson in the town of Tecumseh.
The girl's father tells CTV News that his daughter is unable to move.
In the meantime, she is waiting for surgery so a steel plate can be implanted in her shoulder.
Windsor police notified the province's Special Investigations Unit, which is now handling the case.
