A suspicious fire has caused significant damage to a building at 14 Arnold Street.

Emergency crews were called to the former Hillerich and Bradsby (H&B) building around 10 a.m. on Monday after reports it was engulfed in flames.

Fire officials say flames were coming up through the roof when crews arrived.

Damage to the vacant building has been estimated at $70,000.

Crews worked at the scene until around 2:30 p.m. to put out the fire and thankfully no one was injured.

Investigators believe the fire may be suspicious.
