Windsor Fire has completed its investigation of an east-end fire.
Investigators say the fire at 1637 Jefferson Blvd. -- which broke out just after 6 a.m. Thursday morning -- started in the kitchen of the home.
Firefighters were able to quickly douse the flames.
Investigators peg damage at $175,000. No one was injured in the blaze.
