With Fiat gaining full control of Chrysler earlier this month, the Italian automaker announced Wednesday the re-branding of the company over a conference call.

The automaker will now be known as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The company has also released their new minimalistic logo.

FCA reports Chrysler’s 2013 net income to be $2.8 million, including a $962 million non-cash tax benefit at the end of January. While Fiat closed 2013 at a trading profit of €3.4 Billion.
