The Staples store on Tecumseh road east had to be evacuated this afternoon because of fire.
Windsor fire Deputy Chief Andrea Dejong tells CTV News that the fire started in the back loading dock just after 1 p.m. and that everyone got out safe.
There is however extensive water damage inside due to the sprinkler system.
No word at this point on a damage estimate.
