A pedestrian that was struck in a collision Saturday evening near Lighthouse Cove in Lakeshore, has died in hospital.
OPP say Alice Labute, 88, of Lakeshore, entered the roadway in front of 985 Essex County Road 39 after exiting her vehicle.
She was struck by a vehicle travelling south on County Road 39.
Police were called to the scene at about 6 p.m.
The investigation has concluded and OPP say no charges will be laid.
