Chatham-Kent police arrested eight people after seizing methamphetamine, cocaine and hydromorphone in a raid.

The drug team executed a search warrant at a residence on Park Street in Chatham on Thursday.

Eight people were found in the residence and all were arrested.

Officers seized a total of $1000 in drugs. Canadian currency, digital scales and other drug paraphernalia were also seized.

A 26-year-old man of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of drug possession for the purposes of trafficking and one count of drug possession.

A 42-year-old Chatham man has been charged with two counts of drug possession and one count of failing to comply.

A 48-year-old woman, 45-year-old man, 24-year-old woman, 28-year-old man, 26-year-old man, 22-year-old man, all from Chatham, were charged with two counts of drug possession.
