Chatham-Kent OPP have charged a driver with racing after he was clocked doing 154 km/h on Highway 401 over the weekend.
Officers were conducting radar enforcement on the 401 near Communication Road when the incident happened.
Police say a westboud Dodge Dart was registered at 154 km/h in the 100 km/h zone just before 7 a.m. Sunday.
The 21-year-old male driver from Hamilton was charged with racing.
His driver’s licence was also suspended and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
