Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens says he’s fine after having a dizzy spell during a news conference Thursday morning.
Paramedics attended to Dilkens and carried him off in a stretcher. Shortly after, Dilkens assured people on Twitter saying “I’m fine everyone!! Thanks for all your concern.”
Dilkens spoke with reporters Thursday afternoon in hospital. He says doctors say everything is normal. He is taking the rest of the day off, but will be back to work tomorrow.
Dilkens was speaking at the the 10th anniversary celebration of the 311 Call Centre at city hall.
