Chatham-Kent police have seized about $35,000 in marijuana plants from a field in Tupperville.
Officers received information about marijuana in a corn field on John Park Line on Sunday.
A total of 35 plants were found and seized.
Farmers are urged to call police or Crime Stoppers if suspicious plants are found in their fields, because police say this is the harvest season.
