Chatham-Kent police arrested a 19-year-old inside a vacant Wallaceburg residence Saturday.
Police say they found an insecure window at an address on Running Creek Drive about 8:30 a.m.
Police also discovered large holes in the drywall.
A Walpole Island man was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and committing mischief. He was transported to police headquarters and lodged pending a court appearance.
