The cause of a weekend house fire in Windsor is being listed as 'undetermined.'
Jerry and Sherry Kavana, both in their sixties, were forced from their east-end home early Saturday morning.
The couple credit a smoke detector for waking them up - and saving their lives.
The couple say they had just replaced their smoke alarm six months ago, after the old system acted up.
Damage to the home is estimated at $300,000.
Investigators say the fire started in the basement.
