Car flips on Central Avenue near E.C. Row

Emergency crews responded to a report of a car flipped over on Central Avenue near E.C. Row Expressway on Thursday morning.

Traffic was slow going on E.C. Row due to the accident.

At this point it is unclear if anyone suffered serious injuries.
