Caesars Windsor donates $25,000 to charities on fifth anniversary

Caesars Windsor is celebrating its fifth anniversary by giving $25,000 to five local charities.

The casino will also give a percentage of the slot revenue on June 15.

The donation recipients are the AIDS committee, Alzheimer’s Society, Hospice of Windsor, ERCA and Multicultural Council. Each organization will get $5,000.

Kevin Laforet, Caesars Windsor president and CEO, and Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis joined in the celebration Tuesday morning.
