Investigators say foul play is not suspected after a body was pulled from the Happy Snapper Marina in Leamington Monday.

Officers were called to The Happy Snapper Marina around 2:30 p.m. after a body was discovered.

Officials have not released an identity pending notification of next of kin, however sources tell CTV that the victim is believed to be an elderly man.

This is the fourth fatality on Lake Erie in the last week.

A 19-year-old man from Hamilton drowned off Long Point Provincial Park on the weekend.

A 49-year old man from Norfolk also died in a watercraft crash last Wednesday and a 45-year-old woman from Niagara drowned in Lake Erie on Thursday.
