They rose from Lake Erie last week, and again Environment Canada is cautioning boaters with a waterspout watch.
The weather authority says winds are expected to hit 20 to 33 knots along western Lake Erie. Environment Canada says these conditions are favourable for the development of waterspouts throughout Tuesday and into Wednesday.
The waterspout watch will remain in effect until 11 p.m.
