Essex County OPP are thanking the public for their help after the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a theft last Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say they received several tips that led to the identification of a man seen in an image taken from surveillance video.
Police were called to the Canadian Tire store at 262 Erie Street South on July 31st after reports a male left the store with a Dewalt compound mitre saw without paying for it.
David Aguilar, 33, of Windsor has been charged with theft under $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear in court again in Leamington on August 29.
