A fourth man has been charged in last weekend's downtown stabbing melee, which left Gautham Kugathasan dead and five others injured.

Windsor police have charged Ahmed Jaber, 23, with allegedly assaulting Kugathasan.

Jaber was arrested at his Windsor residence Friday and charged. He will appear in court on Tuesday.

Three other Windsor men face charges, including 22-year-old Dwayne Nicholas Pierce, who is accused of first-degree murder.

Also charged are 23-year-old Abdul Al-Bousaleh, who faces aggravated assault and weapons charges, and 30-year-old Ali Mahmoud Ahmed, who's charged with possession of a weapon.

The investigation is continuing and police are still seeking help from the public.
