A practitioner of alternative medicine has been charged over an alleged case of sexual assault.
On June 11, Windsor police were contacted by a 51-year-old woman, who alleges she was sexually assaulted while being treated by a practitioner at Cheung’s Trading on Wyandotte Street West.
On Wednesday, the accused Chak Cheung, 77, turned himself over to Windsor police. He was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
Cheung has since been released and will appear in court in July.
