Three teens have been charged after allegedly robbing and assaulting two people with a bat.

Essex County OPP was called to Centre Street West in the Town of Harrow on Tuesday, around 8:20 p.m. for a report of a fight.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with two victims, who claimed they were assaulted with a bat and robbed by three people. The victims were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries – they have since been released.

Elijah Pereira, 19 of Essex and a 16-year-old Harrow girl are charged with robbery with a weapon and assault with a weapon. A 16-year-old Essex girl is charged with assault with a weapon and robbery with a weapon and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking.

The accused will appear before a court at a future date.
